Step One: The Core Value Index TM (CVI) Employee Assessment Test

The CVI assessment is a simple 36 module test that takes an average person less than 10 minutes to complete. The employee assessment test is completed over the internet and administered through a combination of emails and secure web pages.

The CVI is a core value assessment based on this very simple concept outlined by the Taylor Protocols: The core values in an individual are adapted into a personal values system that causes decisions and judgments, which cause actions and behaviors, which cause results. By understanding an individual's core values, we can reliably predict their actions.

Each person who completes the CVI assessment test is given a score that quantifies their relative strength in each of four core values and relative strength in each of six subsequent personality types.

Step Two: The Top Performer Employee Profile TM

Most groups inside a company or organization, given time and widely accepted measurement techniques, can identify their existing high performance employees. Once these top performers (usually the top 20%) within a group are identified, these employees are given the CVI employee assessment test.

The results of the CVI for each employee are then compiled using the Taylor Protocols pattern matching algorithm. This patent pending algorithm develops a unique Top Performer Profile for your unique group. In essence, companies can mass customize the hiring process and successfully quantify what the top performers in any unique group "look like" in a core value sense.

This is not personality testing. The personality is a symptom of a person's organic core values. Unlike personality tests that have been proven unreliable for pre-hire screening, the CVI has been proven statistically reliable, valid, and unbiased for this use. In addition, the test can not be successfully manipulated in a "self-evaluative" manner to allow employees to tailor their responses to a particular job opening. Step Three: Screen New Hires

Once a Top Performer Profile is created for each group, this benchmark can be reliably used for pre-employment screening. A CVI employee assessment test is sent by email to each potential new hire. The candidate completes the assessment test online and the results are securely captured via a secure website in real time. In turn, the results are compared to the unique Top Performer Profile for this group using the Taylor Protocols pattern matching algorithm to produce the following hiring recommendation:

High Recommend: this candidate's core values closely resemble the existing top performing members of your group. This candidate has a 50% to 70% chance of being a top performer in this group.

Low Recommend: this candidate's core values closely resemble the existing top performers but violate one or two of the algorithm's matching criteria. This candidate will likely be a B or C player in this group.

Not Recommended: this candidate's core values do not resemble the existing top performers because it violates two or more of the algorithm's matching criteria. This candidate will likely be a C or D player in this group.

The CVI employment assessment test can easily and cost effectively be sent to a number of potential candidates and be used near the beginning of the hiring process. Only those candidates that have a "High Recommendation" should be moved forward in the hiring process and brought in for more costly interviews and further consideration for hire.
