  • Paperless:  Eliminate hard-to-read paper applications.  Instantly forward applications to hiring managers or others in the company.

  • Link Directly From Newspaper Ads:  Most job candidates now search the local newspaper help-wanted ads online.  Link your newspaper ad and other online ads directly to your hiring site. 

 

  • Develop Custom Screening Questions:  Every job has a few requirements that are nonnegotiable. A few screening questions can eliminate the need for many phone interviews. 

  • Engage Passive Candidates: The best candidates already have jobs.  HiringCenter™ gives you a constant presence on the web to engage those who have passive contact with your company (ex. customers, vendors, personal referrals, etc.).
   

Superior Selection Technology

Tidemark makes it easy for Hiring Managers to consistently identify top performers.  Each time a candidate applies, the Hiring Manager immediately gets an email with a complete evaluation (partial shown to right).  The results email functions as a complete interview package that anyone can follow to conduct a through, fair, and legal interview.   The benefits of the selection results include: 

  • Instantaneous Turnaround: Completed applications are delivered to the hiring manager’s email inbox immediately upon completion.

  • Reliable Information:  CVI results are displayed for each candidate.  Most “personality or behavioral” assessments are only 50% to 80% reliable.  The CVI is 96% reliable.   Unreliable data cannot produce reliable hiring results.

  
  • Complete Analysis:  In addition to the CVI information, the email results contain answers to customized screening questions, availability and salary expectations, resume information, and other important background information.

  • Interview Guidance:  Based on the CVI results, the software generates a customized list of behavioral interview questions that are pointed at the candidate’s non-strengths.  An interview scoring matrix is also generated for each candidate.  This allows the hiring manager to grade the interview upon completion.

Pricing is Simple

Selection Insight™ is provided on a monthly subscription and per hire basis.  A monthly subscription fee of $29.99 is charged for the use of HiringCenter™. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of positions you have listed on your HiringCenter™ site.  Your company receives an unlimited number of CVI assessments and HiringCenter™ applications. 

A per hire fee of $500 is paid once a successful hire is made.  If the new employee does not work out for any reason in the first 30 days, we offer a “Re-hire for Free” guarantee.  No long-term contracts.  There is a one-time set-up fee of $25/position.
