After a candidate completes a web-based Selection Insight™

manager is instantly emailed a
complete evaluation of the
candidate. The evaluation
includes traditional resume
information along with a concise
core capacity analysis. The
analysis includes customized
behavioral interview questions
that will guide the interviewer
in uncovering both competency
and character inadequacies
during the interview.
Selection Insight™ is priced on
a subscription and per hire
basis. There is a subscription
fee charged for the use of
HiringCenter™, and your company
receives unlimited number of CVI
assessments and HiringCenter™
applications. A per hire fee is
paid once a successful hire is
made. If the new employee does
not work out for any reason in
the first 30 days, we offer a

Selection Plus™
The Tidemark Selection Plus™ system takes the guesswork out of hiring. Using data generated from your unique organization, this industrial strength selection system creates a Top Performer Profile using patent-pending pattern matching algorithms that took more than a decade to develop and test. Once calibrated for your organization, the Top Performer Profile is integrated into a web-based applicant tracking system (HiringCenter™) for use as a turn-key selection system.
Accessible from any computer
with internet access, your
company's HiringCenter™ gives
you the ability to use the CVI
assessment and the Top Performer
Profile in the pre-hiring
process. The entire process
typically takes a candidate less
than 15 minutes to complete.
As each candidate completes the
CVI, their results are
automatically compared to the
embedded Top Performer Profile
for a "top performer" match.
Each candidate is automatically
given a High, Low, or No
Recommendation for hire. Those
receiving a "High"
recommendation are known to have
core capacities very similar to
your existing top performers and
have a high probability of
performing at the "A" level in
your unique organization.
